What is Harmonic Healing?
Harmonic Healing is a transformational sound massage where energy chimes tuned to special frequencies are placed on your body and large Tibetan bowls are placed at your head and feet.
The tones bathe you in a cocoon of resonance, dissolving the solidness of your physical body.
These vibrations are rich in high frequency harmonics which are the healing component of music. You will drop effortlessly into a theta brainwave state and will emerge deeply relaxed and rejuvenated. To complete the session, Elvina will play your soul melody on the Navajo flute, a sacred instrument whose warm rich tone opens the heart wide.
About the practitioner
Elvina is an accomplished musician and intuitive artist and healer who has an in depth knowledge of sound and harmonics. She also has a degree in engineering and completed her Associate of Music on flute. For several years, she worked in Germany in the field of sound therapy and was introduced to energy chimes and the amazing healing harmonics that they produce. Elvina now lives in the Byron Shire, where she gives Harmonic Healing sessions and workshops and makes hand crafted energy chimes.
