Zenthai Shiatsu is a unique massage experience.
It was created by my teacher Gwyn Williams, and combines elements from his extensive experience in Zen Shiatsu, Traditional Thai Massage and Osteopathic techniques.
Each treatment is a beautiful flow – often referred to as the ‘Zenthai dance’ – a combination of gentle rocking and joint mobilisation, stretches and deep acupressure massage, with your body being fully supported and moved for you from one position to another. Some people describe it as having yoga ‘done to you’, while you relax completely AND receive a massage.
It works on clearing energy blocks, balancing the meridians and loosening muscles and joints.
For ease and balance in your body, mind and spirit, this modality is hard to beat.
A standard session is 1.5 hours ($80). Also available are 1 hour ($60) and 2 hours ($100).
Sessions in Mullumbimby, NSW - mobile service available for an additional $20.
