I am offering my 23 years of experience to assist you to move beyond the identification of your conditioned self, and surrender to peace, joy, love... to various aspects of your essential self.

I work with a unique combination of techniques, starting with a psychic reading to gain insights about your conscious/subconscious mind. Craniosacral therapy, Orion/Theta healing, breathwork, the power of kundalini and Reiki energy, facilitate the release of the attachment to restrictive belief structures and emotions. The chattering mind calms down and exposes the pre-existing clarity, happiness, wellbeing, gratitude… which has always been.

Craniosacral Therapy

I have worked with Craniosacral for over 20 years. Craniosacral is still the most profound healing modality which I have experienced with my clients.

The Craniosacral system is a membranous and hydraulic system which protects and nourishes the brain and the spinal cord and is thus central to the healthy, balanced functioning of our central nervous system.

This whole system has a very subtle movement, or rhythm. By focusing on this rhythm through sensitive and precise touch, a deep relaxation and an inner awareness occurs.

As you are guided in the present moment to reconnect with the stillness within, you may be confronted with old and painful emotions which have been stored in the body as tension. Through reconnecting with these emotions and releasing them, the associated body pain will be relieved and often resolved. The body's naturally healthy posture and balance restores itself.

Craniosacral is very helpful in the recovery of past physical or emotional traumas. It works in a profound way to find and dissolve especially cerebral and spinal imbalances that may be causing headache, depression, anxiety, jaw problems, neck, shoulder or back pain.

Orion/Theta Healing

I use Orion/Theta healing as an integrated modality in my healing sessions.

Orion/Theta healing is a re-emergence of a simple and effective ancient knowledge. It is a modality that utilises the Theta brain wave frequency to connect with the divine presence.

Orion/Theta healing works on the deepest part of your subconsciousness. It is a useful technique to gain inner strength and resolve limiting belief structures that may prevent you manifesting what you really want in your life.

Reiki

I use Reiki is an integrated modality in my healing sessions. I also teach Reiki in groups or one by one.

Reiki is a healing technique of transmitting 'universal intelligence energy' by placing the hands on one's own body or that of others. The ability to use the frequency of Reiki energy becomes activated by receiving an initiation through a Reiki master.

Reiki is a transforming experience, which works on the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual level in many ways. It is safe, guides itself where it's needed and therefore cannot be directed or manipulated in any way. Reiki can be used for relaxation, pain relief, detachment from conflict and self mastery. It calms the mind, increases awareness during meditations and reconnects to the love, beauty, clarity, freedom… that has always been. When we combine intentions with Reiki energy we co-create a force that is limitless in its ability to manifest.
