Imago Relationships Therapy is an approach that views conflict as a normal phase in relationships, not signaling 'the end' but the beginning of a natural healing process being called forth by both parties. Left unaddressed conflict usually goes on indefinitely (even if individual problems are 'solved'). However with support, skills and awareness conflict can be transformed into passion, growth, happiness and fulfillment. Couples seeking to deepen their level of intimacy can also greatly benefit.
Imago Relationships Therapy can also be similarly effective for parent/child, sibling, friendship and workplace relationships as well as our relationship with our self (individual counselling).
Because we are wounded in relationships, it is ultimately through relationships that we must heal and grow.

We have been attending sessions with Robert for relationship counseling over a number of years and cannot recommend his services more highly. There is something very sacred about the space that Robert creates - a mixture of humour, gentleness, reverence, acute awareness of what is being said, and what needs to be acknowledged between us. Robert does not give answers as such. He honours the couple and helps you to find your own solutions, your own understanding, and your own compassion for each other. In our experience this is the only way!
