That was just perfect, thanks Sugata.This is just the way I like to be touched, deep and strong. After my session my shooulder no longer hurt, nor did my knee or any of the other sore parts of my body.
As a bodyworker myself I am quite particular so was very happy to find Sugata, and will be having some more sessions with him.

I have had a couple of massages with Sugata, and I am impressed. I have had lots of bodywork over the years, and really like Sugata's hands. He is strong, confident and most of all knows what he is doing.
Clearly he has had vast experience over the 30+ years he has been working on bodies, and has a wealth of information at his fingertips, including the impact of something as innocuous as Crocs on posture, on knees, or what kind of exercise is good.
He is a bit of a master in his own right, and I totally recommend having one or a series of sessions with him. If you let him know you want a few sessions at the get-go, he can tailor them to suit your body's needs, rather than simply give you an all body massage and repeat it again, rather than going deeply into one section at a time.
