In Bali, 2011Formerly editor of the now defunct Here & Now magazine in Byron Bay, as well as co-publisher (with his now ex-wife Kelly Wendorf) of the also defunct Kindred magazine, Mark started the Byron Body & Soul Guide in 1999.
A writer with a keen social conscience and an ear for bullshit, Mark is very concerned about the role of media as simply a marketing tool of big business. As a magazine editor and publisher (who understands the financial pressures of staying afloat) he knows the pressures that advertisers can place on editorial content, overt or not, as well as the corrupting influence of vested interests.
